MEET THE FOUNDER
David Wolf founded FLOW Intelligence after two decades building and operating at the highest levels of residential real estate — as a broker, a developer, and an operator. That experience gave him direct visibility into the decision gaps that define the industry, and FLOW is his answer to them.
Previously, Wolf founded Wolf Development Strategies, a specialized developer services firm providing full-service marketing, sales execution, and strategic advisory for residential developments nationwide. Just over a decade in, WDS has grown to encompass more than $1 billion in active and upcoming projects across major markets. The operator relationships and market intelligence built through WDS directly informed the architecture of FLOW.
